Sorry, but pretty awful service. Needed to change battery. There were 3 people behind the counter. One big dude who said he was too important to do it, one guy with a broken hand, and a 90 lbs girl. Obviously the girl had to do it. Well, she is too tiny to lift the battery or do much else physical. They tell me to wait for someone else. Waited 30 min - no one showed-up, asked for refund and left. It's true - I got my money back - can't get back wasted time. Total incompetence and poor management. Shame!
